Episode 53: The Magic of Cinema with Young Summer (Musician, writer, director)

On this spooky-season special edition, I’m joined by my dear friend and theme songstress for this very podcast, Bobbie Allen of Young Summer! We discuss her experience with transcendental meditation as a core part of the “world-building” behind her creative process, including her foray into directing her own music videos. We also delve into our mutual love of David Lynch and delight in a creative, psychological exploration of a couple of our favorite horror movies: The Thing and The Silence of the Lambs.
